The LBP5975 includes Canon’s powerful UFR II Print Controller. When users print a document, this intelligent driver architecture determines the optimal balance of processing between the desktop computer and the LBP device by analysing the layout and graphic components of each page. This unique approach helps deliver faster output than PCL or PS page description languages for complex documents that include images, graphics and text. This compact printer is capable of output at up to 30/32 pages per minute in both brilliant colour and monochrome respectively. If your workgroup needs to print higher volumes or larger documents, LBP5975 easily handles a range of paper sizes including A3. A standard USB 2.0 High Speed interface enables direct connection to a host, whilst a 10/100BaseTX Ethernet interface facilitates shared use and remote monitoring in networked environments. The robust four-drum engine technology and the On-Demand fusing system work in unison to produce beautiful high-speed colour and monochrome documents. Fast processing of large and complex documents is further enhanced through the generous standard RAM memory capacity of 768 MB, and the optional Hard Disk Drive. Front-load access facilitates quick and easy maintenance of customer-replaceable components such as drum, toner, fuser and paper supply.
